by Jimmie Kairu

The national soccer team Harambee stars is finally headed for Namibia to compete in the World Cup / African Cup of Nation qualifying match against Namibia.

The stars head coach Francis Kimanzi is quite confident in his squad claiming that he will get positive results from the team and it won’t matter on the past defeat over ten years ago.

The surprise inclusion of Jacktone Odhiambo, Anthony Kimani and Kennedy Ayong who were included In the 18 man squad was what completed the whole squad and made it livelier. Ayong and Kimani were first timers who have never been called on any provincial side.

Coach Kimanzi said that his squad is a mixture of new and old experienced players who are willing and able to CARRY Kenya’s flag up high on Saturday.

The national team is expected to play on Saturday and they showed confidence on putting aside the KFF wrangles that have dragged their time for preparations.
